Thankfully God is in control!

Hello all!

Well it has been a rough week, especially yesterday. Yesterday, Dave was officially taken off chemo and it has been put on hold until further notice(with potential for it not to restart). There are 3 things that are needed for chemo to start:

1) Nausea and vomitting need to be under control

2) He has to be able to be hydrated and keep his food supplements down.

3) He can't lose much more weight( he is between 150-160lbs)

This was rather upsetting and depressing news. We truly gave it up to God. He is the one that is in control and knows the path that we are on. The oncologist switched his anti-nausea medication to something that is injectable. IT started working IMMEDIATELY!!!! Dave has not thrown up or felt nauseated since!! Praise the Lord. Unfortunately, we discovered that his tube was not in the correct place. The water that he did take down yesterday stayed in his stomach. So the mission today was to get the feeding tube in the correct place. This is really crucial since there is no other option for Dave because of where his cancer is located. They called a second Radiologist up just for his case and they got it in. Not only did they get it in but they got as far in as they could!!! Praise the God again! God definitely is batting it out of the park!! Since we have been home Dave has been able to take 180cc of water and 120cc of food supplement! Hallelujah! We are finally going back in the correct direction!!

Thank you for all your prayers and support. God is answering and blessing us daily!!! We love you all and are so grateful to have you as friends and family!
