The oscars used to be huge at our house. When I say huge I mean HUGE. There were oscar ballots, pre-oscar red carpet discussion, Food and Watching all of the Oscar show!! I loved having the house full and seeing the passion for the oscars. Then the amazing man with the passion for the oscars went to a better place, I am sure that it is oscar season there everyday!
This time of year has always been hard and I have not watched the oscars since. I am hoping that there will be a time that the thought of the oscars or watching them won't bring tears to my eyes and cause my heart to sink.
